Ughhh WTF?

I CAN'T FIND THESE SHOES! What are they? Where can I find themmmmmm??? I WANT THEM! LoL okay so there's these pair of super cute shoes that I seen a while back, around Sep/Oct of last year. When I was interning at Jill Stuart one of the designer's had them and when I first seen her wearing them, I instantly fell in love. The thing is though, that I never asked her what they were and where'd she get them from. So now because I have absolutely NO information on them, I can't find them :(  Sucky huh? They look SORTA like these Chanel boots:

Like these, they are clear and black. But the difference is that they're flats, and instead of the one thin black strip down the middle, one half of the shoe is black and the other half is clear, and they also don't have the black tip like this. 

I really have no clue how to find them, I tried like every combination of black, clear, plastic, shoe on google LOL. Maybe it's just not meant to be. Ha.ha!
