crys bliss and beyond: Momma's Back!

Hey guys! Ok, so I know I've been gone for a few days now but I just needed to take a break. Not necessarily from blogging but just from a few things. Valentine's Day weekend kept me busy and then this past week has just been a big load of STRESS. Well vday weekend was probably one of the best weekends I've ever had! It was awesome! Friday night went to dinner with Danny, Saturday morning met up with Tash, got our bikini waxes, caught up over lunch, did some shopping and later did a little more shopping with Dan. Sunday, Danny and I woke up early, got brunch and then ended up getting a room at the Marriott Hotel. It was surprisingly a beautiful hotel! Aghhhh I wanna go back! I love hotels! Anyway we did a little more shopping, where I got some great things!! and soon after went back to the hotel and chilled until dinner. We had reservations at this little South American spot in the Lower East Side called Esperanto. OMG! now this place was AMAZING! I mean, everything was good! The drinks were delicious and not too strong, the food was impeccable, the service was great! and to top it all off, there was a great live band!! The only thing I would have to say about this place is that it was small and therefore a bit cramped. But if you don't mind a little convo with your neighbor then this place is great for you! Another thing that I liked though is that this place is good enough to take probably anyone, except maybe children. But seriously, the atmosphere is nice enough for a date, your mom or dad, your BFF's, and granny too! LOL although with the live band, she may think it's a bit too loud. Definitely check it out though, and if you do make sure you try the strawberry mojito! (OMG!)

Well anyway after that long weekend, on Tuesday it was back to school for me. eh. I have to say, the classes I'm taking this semester are BORING! I've never taken so many boring classes all at one time in my life! There's always at least one class that you love to go to, but this semester, there's NONE! I have so many papers and presentations coming up, I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep posting the way I want to. This will definitely be the last semester I take so many serious classes all at once. It's keeping me slumped, which is one of the many reasons I took a few days off. I had to catch up with my school work. It's not fun, but it MUST get done.
