VEGETARIAN-ESQUE

So today I start my fast. There are tonnnnsss of different types of fasts you can do but I'll be doing the Daniel fast. Which pretty much means only fruits and vegetables for the next 3 weeks. Sounds a bit intense, but really it's not. I've done this fast before but not for nearly as long as I will be doing it this time. So far today it's going pretty well.... I've only had some boiled green bananas that I mashed and put a little salt and pepper on for taste. Oh, and a glass of OJ.


The good thing about the Daniel fast is that you're not limited to how much food you can eat but rather the types of food you eat AND besides fruits and vegetables I can also eat whole wheat oats like, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat tortillas.... anything whole wheat! And I can also eat soy products like tofu and veggie burgers! But no animal products... no milk, no cheese, nothing. SO... this thing will be a breeze! I'll keep you all posted on how things are going...
